In the first of our two-part business resilience workshop series, we will introduce the Cape Cod Commission’s Business Recovery Toolkit initiative and share some examples of business resilience and continuity among retail and product-based small businesses exhibited during the pandemic. We will also present some practical suggestions on how your business may incorporate digital marketing, eCommerce, and collaboration/networking practices in your continuity plan – all areas indicated as types of assistance still needed by Cape Cod small business owners according to the latest Covid-19 economic impact survey.

This workshop will also be an opportunity for business owners to voice their feedback on where additional help is needed to support business recovery.
