An emotional 35 mile motorcycle ride that honors Nicholas G. Xiarhos and all 16 of the Fallen Heroes with ties to Cape Cod as well as all Veterans past, present, and future who serve our great country.
Expect traffic delays between Bourne and South Yarmouth on Sunday as hundreds of motorcyclists take part in the “11th annual Big Nick’s Ride for the Fallen.” The ride attracts over 1,000 riders who cruise the streets of Cape Cod that are lined with thousands of spectators waving flags, holding signs and showing their love, gratitude, and support for those who have served.
The police-escorted ride will leave the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office complex in Bourne at 10 a.m., follow MacArthur Boulevard (Route 28) to the Bourne Rotary, take Sandwich Road to Route 6A, and follow that highway through Sandwich and Barnstable into Yarmouth.
Please support our brave troops and their families and be part of Cape Cod’s Largest Motorcycle Ride. All are invited to line the route to show their patriotism and support for our local military members as well as our first responders!
